Sexual function is a key component of health and wellness. A healthy sex life has been shown to reduce depression, chronic pain, improve immune function and relationships. The 5 pillars of female sexual function are:

Cellulite Reduction |
Cellulite is a type of scar tissue, and can be a frustrating process to reverse. Most people need repetitive treatments to smooth out the appearance of cellulite, followed by occasional maintenance treatments. We offer cellulite reduction packages using a unique radio-frequency energy device.

Wrinkle Reduction |
Wrinkles occur over time due to loss of collagen below the skin surface. Adequate nutrition, hydration, sleep and toxin avoidance are necessary to reduce and delay the appearance of wrinkles. But once they appear, smoothing them out can be challenging. Using radio-frequency energy to heat the deep tissue layers, we obtain beautiful results without injecting fillers. Most people require a series of treatments to reverse existing wrinkles, and then occasional maintenance treatments.

Water for Weight Loss |
How does water facilitate weight loss?
** 8oz water before a meal creates a sense of fullness and less eating
**the higher protein diets needed for weight loss are constipating. The kidneys need more water to process the protein, and the colon needs more water to facilitate daily bowel movements
**Fat loss is processed through the lymphatic channels, which run alongside arteries and veins. More water is needed to remove the fat you are losing in a weight loss program.
Q: How much water should you drink?
A: 1/2 of your body weight in ounces
example, if you weight 220lbs, then you should drink 110oz
water

HEALTHY FATS FOR WEIGHT LOSS
|
|
|
|
|
Did you know?
Most people over-restrict fats in their diet in an effort to lose weight
Many people choose the wrong fats to eat (example: anything fried)
So how much fat do you need to eat?
That depends on alot of factors, but my general recommendation would be not less than 25% of your total calorie intake. Remember, fats have 2x more calories than carbs and protein (gram for gram).
Consider the following sources of heatlhy fats:
|
nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts etc)
nut butters (almond butter, peanut butter, etc)
oils (flax, olive, avocado)
oily fish (wild caught salmon)
seeds (chia seeds, flax seeds)
avocados
